Plymouth Hills Cleaning Services values your home and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.
We are a professional cleaning service that is fully bonded and insured for your protection.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Plymouth Hills Cleaning Services.
We normally work in teams of two to three professionally trained cleaners.
Payment for Services Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.
Refunds Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Privacy Policy
Extra Services If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
